Purchase a ticket to attend the Getaway Oct 20 - 22, for $405 plus taxes, in Stony Plain, AB – with an option of adding on an extra sewing day on October 23 for an additional $75.

Cancellations are refundable up until September 15, 2023. After that date, you are permitted to transfer your seat to another individual, but we are unable to refund you. All Alberta COVID regulations and protocols will be supported in full. The use of masks while in public spaces is encouraged but not mandatory. 

Included in the fee of $405 is:

• Emmaline Bags reception dinner on Friday, October 20th
• Snacks and Dinner on Saturday, October 21st
• Lunch on Sunday, October 22nd
• Coffee and tea throughout the day on Saturday, October 21st and Sunday, October 22nd
• One full 6-foot table all to yourself to host your sewing station
• Access to the ironing stations which are set-up throughout the Sewing Room
• Access to the standing cutting station which is set-up in the Sewing Room
• Access to the Sewing room on Friday from 3pm – 10pm
• Access to the sewing room on Saturday from 7am – 10pm
• Access to the sewing room on Sunday from 7am – 4pm (unless you purchase the add-on for Monday sewing)
• Gifts and discounts as provided by sponsors of the getaway
• Wifi while on-site at the Best Western Sunrise Inn
• Parking at the Best Western Sunrise Inn

• Access to the sewing room on Sunday until 10pm
• Access to the sewing room on Monday from 7am – 2pm

NOT Included in your fees:

• Transportation to the getaway
• Any meals not mentioned above
• Any alcoholic beverages
• Accommodation during the event – you are welcome to book at the Best Western, we have a special rate for attendees, or stay offsite with friends, family or at home. (Note that rooms booked at the hotel include breakfast)

By purchasing this product, and while attending this event....

• I agree to be friendly and not require time‐outs in the corner without my fabric, hardware or pattern.

• I agree to uphold the professionalism and grace of bagineers internationally, and ensure that the Best Western Sunrise Inn wants us to return in the future (this means I will follow the venue rules).

• I agree that any pictures or videos taken of me during the getaway can be used publicly and on social media.

• I agree that I am responsible for my own care and my belongings, I will not hold the organizers or venue responsible for any injury, theft, or damages.

• I agree that if I have any issues, they will be managed respectfully and privately. No public outbursts, requiring other people to ask what's happening, will occur. 

• I agree to have fun.
