Cutting Labels
Use these cutting labels to keep yourself organized. Cut each label out and attach them to the cut pieces of your pattern, this will keep the names handy, so working through the pattern is easier. Note that the cutting labels do not include the measurements of the cut pieces as they are included in the cutting list.

Add-ons and Hacks
Let the fun begin! I like to think of my design as a blank canvas that provides you with an opportunity to customize and enhance it for yourself. I do recommend making the design the first time by following every step and figuring out where everything sits before changing it. Here are some ways you can consider changing up this design:
Change the front to remove the Front Pocket
This is such a great option to feature a special panel on the front of your Andy Backpack, whether that's a quilted panel, applique, or a fabric panel. Let's remove that Front Pocket for a big blank canvas!
Do NOT cut the following pieces: Front Pocket, Front Pocket Zipper Gusset, Front Pocket Base Gusset, Mesh Binding, Mesh Top, Mesh Bottom - and you will no longer need one of the 11" (X cm) zippers or the 17" (X cm) zipper.
When cutting the Accent Front piece, do NOT cut the center piece out of it, but leave it whole.
Skip all of the steps in the section "Construct the Front Pocket" as well as step 1 in "Construct the Front Section". Start with step 2 where you baste the foam to the Front.
Continue on with the remaining instructions!
