Shipping policy

PDF Patterns - These items will not be shipped, but are available for immediate download. A download link is provided in your confirmation email after payment. If you have created an account, you will be able to log into that account to find all of your downloadable content. If you require an increase to the number of downloads you need to complete, please contact me at uhohcreations@outlook.com.

Physical Items - All items to be shipped will be sent via Canada Post within 5 days of confirmed payment. Unless requested and paid for, all parcels will be shipped using the most cost-efficient method possible without additional insurance.
